On October 24th I will get my very first tattoo… and meet a very special friend of mine.
Ever since my mother died I have wanted a tattoo to commemorate her. I have chosen a cross and will get it on my right wrist. It will have, if possible, green high lights in it (possible a green diamond at the ‘cross section’, because my mother loved the color green.
Will post pictures.
On another note…..
What is friendship worth to you?
Currently I am sorting and scanning through all my childhood pictures; granted, it ain’t a lot to do, since I actually don’t have that much (at the most two books worth), but it is more then I anticipated and it will take me quite a while.
If I get a handle on things I might even post a couple of them here.
Let me get one thing clear, I am not American (as most readers of this site already know) I do not follow the actual race; I just read the various news reports and other people’s take on it. This is a summary of what has mostly been said about all the candidates.
- Sarah Palin is not so smart (to put it nicely, oh and she has the most annoying voice ever)
- John McCain is old
- Joe Biden is old
- Barack Obama is inexperienced, yet seems to be the only one that actually will be able to change some things around.
Again, I do not follow the actual race, this is just a representation of what the news is reporting
Don’t mind me, I am just writing down some things to get it off my mind
- Do I expect to much from certain people?
- Do I expect to little from certain people?
- Am I supposed to be the initiator in contact?
- Am I supposed to wait to write something back?
- Am I supposed to write someone back immediately? (or at least not let them wait in suspense for a week)
- What am I doing wrong?
- Why does it always have to be black & white when I say there’s a whole other grey area in the middle?
- Why does it always have to be the grey area in the middle when I say black & white?
- Why can’t there be an in between? Meet the other in the middle?
- Why do I have to always explain my actions?
